Run at night on closed public roads, the lap threads past the waterfront, the Padang and the Esplanade with walls close on both sides — and the whole circuit sits in the centre of the city, so you can walk or take the MRT to your gate.

Turns 1 to 3 form the opening sequence at Marina Bay. Cars brake hard from the fastest point of the lap into a tight left-hander, which makes this the classic first-lap flashpoint and the most reliable overtaking spot across the whole race.

Along the Esplanade and the Promenade the circuit runs tight between concrete walls. There is no margin for error here, and the grandstands put you close enough to hear the difference between a clean lap and a scruffy one.

Padang Grandstands
The Padang area sits in the historic centre of the Circuit Park, surrounded by colonial architecture and the main entertainment stages. The circuit twists through a slow, technical sequence here, so you see the cars for longer than almost anywhere else on the lap.

Walkabout
Walkabout Passes

Access
Marina Bay Street Circuit is organised into a north and a south side. Your ticket states which side to use — check it before you travel, as the two entrances are reached differently.
Fan zones
Fan zone areas with entertainment and big screens are planned across the venue. Exact locations are published by the organiser closer to the event.
Food & drink
Food and drink outlets are available inside the venue. Hospitality packages include their own catering.
Transport
Singapore's metro, commuter rail and bus network serve the city well. Event-day transport arrangements are confirmed by the organiser before the race weekend.
